If you only have a little debris to dispose of, our pricing starts with
the equivalent of a pick-up truck load
- COMMERCIAL & INDUSTRIAL
10yd pricing includes disposal of up to 3 tons of material *
20yd or 30yd pricing includes disposal of up to 4 tons of material *
40yd pricing includes disposal of up to 5 tons of material *
A MINIMUM OF ONE PULL PER MONTH IS REQUIRED ON ALL CONTAINERS
SAME OR NEXT DAY SERVICE IS USUALLY AVAILABLE
*If the included disposal weight is exceeded, an overweight fee of
$25.00 will be charged to the customer, plus applicable landfill fees.
Any disposal weights exceeding the included tonnage listed above is
billed to the customer at a rate of $50.00 per ton. If the container has
too much weight in it, it is the customers responsibility to unload the
container until it is below the legal limit allowed per container.
Please note that the 10yd container has a maximum weight limit of 3
tons and can not exceed that amount.
Please note that the 20yd, 30yd, and 40yd containers have a maximum
weight limit of 10 tons and can not exceed that amount.
